Zur Bedeutung von Haltung und »micro-skills« in der Friedensmediation
Mediation in Friedensprozessen orientiert sich zunehmend an fachlichen Standards – und doch: Eine wirklich mediative Haltung, wie sie in der Organisations- und Familienmediation als wichtig beschrieben wird, ist noch nicht essentieller Bestandteil des Mediationsverständnisses politischer Akteure. In der Tat ist es schwer vorstellbar wie eine solche Haltung von Mediator_innen und ein entsprechendes (Kommunikations-) verhalten angesichts realpolitischer Zwänge einen entscheidenden Einfluss auf politische Mediationsverfahren haben können. Und doch spricht einiges dafür.
