One Year ago, the Civil Society Institute’s and inmedio’s longtime Azerbaijani project partner Avaz Hasanov passed away without any warning. We miss him much. Avaz was one of the most important Azerbaijani peace building experts and his sudden death left a big gap not only for his friends and family but also the peace building community. We are glad that Avaz‘ organisation HRPU is continuing his efforts to contribute to improvement of Azerbaijani-Armenian relations and continues dialogue work despite all the crises of the recent years. By the end of 2022, peace building activities will take place in Armenia and Azerbaijan. This work is organized by members of the peace building network which was co-created by Avaz.
