Designing conflict resolution and change processes in organisations together with the people involved - this is the basic idea of mediation, systemic consulting and organisational development. Inmedio works with a combination of these three approaches.
Inmedio was founded in 1998 in Berlin and Frankfurt am Main by Ljubjana Wüstehube and Dr. Wilfried Kerntke.
Since 2011, the inmedio group operates under the names of inmedio Berlin GbR
and inmedio Frankfurt GbR as two independent companies with a common
website and shared knowledge management.
In 2017, the non-profit inmedio peace consult gGmbH joined
the group as a third member.
